Mr. O’Donnell has been Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of EMSI, Inc., since 1980.

EMSI is an international manufacturer’s sales representative and export trading company specializing in electrical, fire safety and instrumentation products.

Mr. O’Donnell has been Managing Partner of Hermeticus Circulus LLC, a record label, and the President of Nano Brewing Technologies, an “all-in-one” brewing system, since 2007.
