The Maxis is a “state of the art” hydrocyclone designed specifically for oily water treatment. Designed with durable corrosive resistant components, it can perform inlet separations in a wide variety of emulsions without the need for heat or chemicals and substantially reduces the overall flow volume to the oil treating system. The Maxis system uses centrifugal force to cause separation and its flexibility makes it suitable for different applications on the oil industry.
The Genoil Diamond is a 4-phase mobile separator designed to dehydrate oil products to meet BS&W standards. It was designed to operate as a self-contained, compact and mobile unit that can be used to test oil wells in remote areas.
The Crystal Separator 2-phase oily water treatment unit is designed to separate the liquid phases in six stages located within a single vessel. Each stage is devised to remove oil particles of a certain size and to render the liquid cleaner for the next stage. This ensures greater effectiveness and manageable loads for each stage. Furthermore, it also precludes undue contamination and clogging of various stages by oil, resulting in trouble-free operation.
